If you have completed your order but made a mistake or changed your mind please send us an e-mail at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will contact you in order to discuss how we can handle it.
The packaging and dispatch of products is carried out with maximum possible care so that they arrive at their destination in excellent condition. However, if by any chance, your order has arrived incomplete, wrong or damaged please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within ten (10) days from delivery and we will arrange to replace the defected product as soon as possible.
Even if the order has arrived exactly as requested, you still have the right to return or change the products you have purchased for any reason within fourteen (14) days from delivery. In case you wish to get a refund this will take place when we receive the products back.
We have made every possible effort to describe the products in detail and display them accurately. However, especially for products with color, their display may vary in different screens so there can be a differentiation between what you see compared to the final product. If you are not satisfied with the shade that you have received please do not open the product. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com. We will contact you in order to discuss about replacement or refund according to your wish.
